# FAQ

> Frequently asked questions about fees.fun.

## General

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="What is fees.fun?">
    fees.fun is a Chrome extension that reduces trading fees on Solana token launch platforms. It works on RapidLaunch, Uxento, J7 Tracker, and Axiom — saving you up to 83% on every trade.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How much does fees.fun cost?">
    fees.fun charges **0.25%** per transaction instead of the 1-2% (with 0.01 SOL minimums) that platforms normally charge. There's no subscription, no upfront cost — you only pay the reduced fee when you trade.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I get an account?">
    Join our [Discord server](https://discord.gg/feesdotfun) and click the **Get Login** button. Your username and password will be shown right there in the channel.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Which platforms are supported?">
    * **RapidLaunch** — deploys, sells, sniper bundles
    * **Uxento** — launches, buys, sells, bundle dumps
    * **J7 Tracker** — deploys, sells, bundle wallets
    * **Axiom** — all swaps (zero setup needed)
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Does fees.fun work on Brave / Edge / Arc?">
    Yes. fees.fun works on any Chromium-based browser. The installation process is the same — just load it as an unpacked extension.
  </Accordion>

## Wallets

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Do I need to import my wallet?">
    For RapidLaunch, Uxento, and J7 — yes. Import the same wallets you already use on those platforms into fees.fun so it can sign transactions at lower fees.

    For Axiom — no. fees.fun works on Axiom automatically without any wallet setup.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I create a new wallet instead of importing?">
    Yes. fees.fun can create a fresh Solana wallet for you instantly. If you do this, you'll also need to import that wallet's private key into whatever platform you want to use it on.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is my private key safe?">
    Yes. fees.fun stores no private keys in our database — we can't, because we don't have them. Wallets created in fees.fun are managed by Turnkey, a non-custodial key provider with hardware-level security. Imported wallets are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored locally in your browser. See our [Security page](/security) for full details.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I use the same wallet on multiple platforms?">
    Yes. Import a wallet once into fees.fun and assign it as the deployer for as many platforms as you want.
  </Accordion>

## Trading

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Do I need to change how I trade?">
    No. Use RapidLaunch, Uxento, J7, or Axiom exactly as you normally do. fees.fun works in the background — you don't need to change anything about your workflow.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Are trades faster with fees.fun?">
    Yes. fees.fun's backend is deployed across multiple regions with multiple shards to ensure the quickest possible execution. Your trades go through our optimized infrastructure, which means they often execute faster than going through the platform directly — on top of costing less.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What happens if fees.fun goes down?">
    If fees.fun's servers are unreachable, your transactions will fall back to the platform's native system. You'll pay the platform's normal fee, but your trades won't be blocked.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do sniper wallets work with fees.fun?">
    Yes. Import your sniper wallets into fees.fun (with the same addresses you use on the platform), and bundle buys are supported on RapidLaunch, Uxento, and J7.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I track how much I've saved?">
    Yes. The extension popup shows your total savings, per-platform breakdown, and recent transactions. See [Fee Savings](/features/fee-savings) for more.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

## Troubleshooting

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="My transaction failed — what happened?">
    Common causes:

    * **Not enough SOL** in the wallet for the trade + fee
    * **Wallet address mismatch** between the platform and fees.fun
    * **Network congestion** on Solana — try again in a few seconds
    * **Server disconnected** — check the extension popup and try switching [regions](/features/server-selection)
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="The extension isn't connecting">
    1. Make sure you're on a supported site (rapidlaunch.io, uxento.io, j7tracker.io, axiom.trade)
    2. Check that you're logged into fees.fun
    3. Try refreshing the page
    4. Check if the extension is enabled in `chrome://extensions`
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="I can't log in">
    * Double-check your username and password (they're case-sensitive)
    * If you forgot your password, click the **Login** button in our Discord to get a new one
    * Make sure you're entering the credentials you got from the Discord bot
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How do I update the extension?">
    1. Download the new version
    2. Extract it to the same folder (overwrite existing files)
    3. Go to `chrome://extensions` and click the reload button on fees.fun
  </Accordion>

## Referrals

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="How does the referral program work?">
    Create a referral code in the extension, share it with friends. When they sign up and apply your code, you earn **15% of the fees.fun fee** on every trade they make. See [Referrals](/features/referrals) for details.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Do all platforms count for referrals?">
    Yes. Trades on RapidLaunch, Uxento, J7, and Axiom all count toward referral rewards.
  </Accordion>
